Out of this appropriation, $50,000 each year from the general fund is designated for a partnership between Longwood University and the Virginia Holocaust Museum to support the Alexander Lebenstein Teachers Education Institute and additional statewide Holocaust education led by the Virginia Holocaust Museum.  Holocaust education is a key pillar of the mission of the Virginia Holocaust Museum and is available for K-12 students, professional development of teachers, and professional development for law enforcement at the state and local level."
