Explanation

(This amendment provides $3,750,000 each year from the general fund to supplement the 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program at the DOE to fund approximately 15 learning programs that support academic enrichment for students that attend high-poverty, low-performing schools. Seven percent of the funding ($262,500) will be used for DOE to contract with Virginia Partnership-for-Out-of-School Time.)
