Explanation

(This amendment provides $50,000 in each fiscal year from the general fund related to House Bill 160 under consideration by the 2022 General Assembly, which requires the Department of Housing and Community Development to develop and administer a tool for landlords to certify compliance with requirements in the Code related to tenant safety. This is a placeholder amendment until a final fiscal impact statement can be produced.)
