"A. The Virginia Museum of Natural History shall conduct an assessment of the costs and feasibility of establishing a satellite location in Waynesboro, Virginia and provide this assessment to the chairmen of the House Committee on Appropriations and Senate Committee on Finance prior to October 1, 2015.  In conducting the assessment, the Museum shall identify all operational costs and potential revenue sources in support of this project."
