(This amendment would provide operating support of $56,101 GF the first year and $78,541 GF the second year. These amounts are equal to the five percent reduction in FY 2015 and the seven percent reduction in FY 2016 that will be moved administratively from the Roanoke Higher Education Authority as part of previously approved budget reductions.)
