Page 102, line 33, following "advertising" insert "provided the Outdoor Advertising Association of Virginia contributes a total of at least $225,000 in value to promote tourism in Virginia.".

This amendment restores the Governor's proposed elimination of state funding for the outdoor advertising partnership with the Outdoor Advertising Association of Virginia. Additionally, the amendment requires matching funding of a 3:1 ratio. If the amendment is adopted, companion amendments to Item 471.10 would be included.)
