Page 99, line 45, following "Commonwealth." insert:
"From these amounts, up to $5,000,000 in the first year shall be used for the development of a unified and cohesive Virginia brand identity to include a "Team Virginia" concept that leverages the Port of Virginia with Virginia's agriculture and historical resources to promote Virginia as a business location.  In addition, up to $10,000,000 in the second year shall be used for the implementation and aggressive deployment of key messaging, communication, and marketing outreach strategies in support of this initiative."

(This amendment seeks to enhance Virginia's existing domestic and international marketing programs by providing $5.0 million in FY 2015 and $10.0 million in FY 2016 in support of an aggressive branding and marketing strategy to be developed by the Virginia Economic Development Partnership.)
