Explanation
(This amendment supplants $450,000 general fund in the second year with federal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (FAMF) funding. This action aligns the funding for the Comprehensive Health Investment Project (CHIP) of Virginia with the same funding sources as in the first year. The TANF program is projected to have adequate balances to continue funding the CHIP program at this level.)
