Amounts for Automated Data Processing Services represent an internal service fund and shall be paid solely from revenues derived from charges for services. The estimated cost for Computer Operations Services is $65,301,071 the first year, and $65,301,071 $171,103,372 the second year, and for Information Systems Development Services, $3,700,744 the first year and $3,700,744 $1,011,944 the second year.
