"M.  Out of the amounts in this Item, $50,000,000 the second year from the general fund shall be deposited to the Virginia Land Conservation Fund to be allocated for these projects.
1.  The first $16,800,000 shall be used for matching grants in accordance with Chapter 10.2 of Title 10.1 of the Code of Virginia.
2.  A Wildlife Management Area to be acquired by the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries in Southwest Virginia at $4,000,000.
3.  An open-space easement to be co-held by the Virginia Outdoors Foundation in Central Virginia at $1,600,000.
4.  A Wildlife Management Area to be acquired by the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries in the Allegheny Highlands region at $600,000.
5.  A Natural Area Preserve to be acquired by the Department of Conservation and Recreation in Stafford County at $2,000,000.
6.  A Wildlife Management Area to be acquired by the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries in Hampton Roads at $4,000,000.
7.  A Wildlife Management Area to be acquired by the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries in Southside Virginia at $6,000,000.
8.  For local purchase of development rights programs, $15,000,000 shall be distributed equally among all localities that have adopted such programs, provided that such programs have been approved by the Virginia Land Conservation Foundation or the Virginia Agricultural Vitality Program by October 1, 2005."

(This amendment provides $50.0 million GF for a variety of land conservation programs and projects throughout the state.)
