Funds provided in this Item shall be transferred to various construction projects previously authorized under the Parks and Natural Areas General Obligation Bond Package, Chapters 884 and 854, 2002 Acts of Assembly, to cover increased costs resulting from changes in prices for materials and construction.  Prior to transferring funds to any capital project, the Department of Conservation and Recreation shall evaluate the project completion schedule, funding needs to maintain the programmatic intent of the project, and potential return on additional investment.
