A. Included within this appropriation is $69,463 the first year from the general fund to replace a federal grant that has expired. Should the Crime Commission obtain additional federal funds during fiscal year 2005, an equal amount of these general funds fund dollars, not to exceed $69,463, shall revert to the general fund.
B. The Virginia Crime Commission shall examine the statutory basis for computer crimes in the Code of Virginia, including a determination of the appropriate definitions and elements constituting offenses in this area.
