Explanation
(This amendment increases the salary for the Governor to $155,000, effective upon the inauguration of the next Governor on January 14, 2006.)

Out of the amounts for General Management and Direction shall be paid the salary of the Governor, $124,855 the first year and $124,855 the second year.
