Explanation
(This amendment removes $14,000 from the general fund in the second year that was earmarked for graduate student aid in Senate Bill 700, as introduced. A companion amendment, Item 4-5.01 #1s, stipulates that any awards provided for graduate education using general fund appropriations shall be allocated for in-state students only.)
