Explanation(This amendment provides $40,000 from the general fund in the second year to the West Point Career and Educational Partnership for the support of the partnership's Career and Technical Education Center. The center is used for youth vocational training, retraining adults, and supporting economic development in the partnership communities. Partners in this project include: the counties of King William, New Kent, King and Queen, the town of West Point, Rappahannock Community College, local workforce investment boards, and local school systems.)
