Page 482, after line 18, insert:
"Out of the amounts for Financial Assistance for Cultural and Artistic Affairs, $75,000 the second year from the general fund is provided to the Roanoke Symphony."

(This amendment provides $75,000 from the general fund in the second year to the Roanoke Symphony. The Roanoke Symphony will be celebrating its 52nd season during the 2005-2006 season. Roanoke is one the few American cities of its seze that has been able to continually support an orchestra of exceptional quality and fiscal resonsibility.)
