Page 346, after line 20, insert:
"L.  From the federal Temporary Assistance to Needy Families block grant, $35,000 the second year shall be provided to the Southwest Virginia Children's Advocacy Center to address unmet children's needs.  The current level of funding of $50,000 is providing service to 377 children with additional documented cases of need.  Funding will be used to provide additional therapy and case management services."


Explanation
(This amendment provides additional funding from the federal Temporary Assistance to Needy Families block grant in the second year to meet unmet needs in Southwest Virginia for children's advocacy centers.)
