Explanation
(This amendment provides $250,000 in the second year from the general fund to establish a new regional community support center at Southwest Virginia Training Center. The center would be patterned after the regional center located at the Northern Virginia Training Center. The services provided at the center will be based on local needs but may include dental, behavioral health, psychiatric care, program coordination, and clinic services.)
