Explanation
(This amendment increases Medicaid reimbursements in the second year to trauma centers to recognize 100 percent of allowable clinical care costs. Current Medicaid reimbursement covers about 75 percent of allowable inpatient costs and 80 percent of allowable outpatient costs.)
