Explanation
(This amendment provides general funds in the second year for a statutorily required evaluation of local public guardian and conservator programs. The Code of Virginia requires a report on these programs to be provided to the General Assembly every four years. The evaluation will be conducted in 2005 and 2006 with a report to the General Assembly due in 2007.)
