Explanation
(This amendment provides an additional $1.3 million in the second year for a revised total of $2.0 million. The distribution to school divisions shall be based on each division receiving a base allocation of $2,000 with the remainder of the funding distributed on the basis of student enrollment in secondary vocational-technical courses. State funds received for secondary vocational-technical equipment must be used to supplement, not supplant, any funds currently provided for secondary vocational-technical equipment within the locality.)
