(This amendment provides $7,500 from the general fund in the second year to the Joint Commission on Technology and Science for use in touring regional technology assets located in the Commonwealth. The costs include use of the state aircraft and the development of unusual analyses by various technology experts for use by the Commission during its interim meetings.)
