Explanation
(This amendment provides $15,000 each year from nongeneral funds for the publication of the Session Summary by the LexisNexis Group as a supplement for subscribers to the Code of Virginia and others, at such price as shall be determined by the LexisNexis Group. This amendment is pursuant to an agreement made on February 11, 2005, between the Division of Legislative Services and Matthew Bender & Company, Inc., a member of the LexisNexis Group. Under this agreement, the Division will receive royalties equal to the greater of $15,000 or 15 percent of the total sales revenue received from distribution of the Session Summary.)
