Explanation
(This amendment provides $240,000 from the general fund and $360,000 from federal funds the second year for the Commonwealth Challenge Youth Program at Camp Pendleton, the State Military Reservation in Virginia Beach. These funds will enable the residential program to serve an additional 50 at-risk youth in each five-month cycle. This would enable the program to serve a total of 400 at-risk youth over a 12-month period.)
