"Out of the amounts for Financial Assistance for Cultural and Artistic Affairs, $50,000 the second year from the general fund is provided to Black Women United for Action."

(This amendment provides $50,000 from the general fund in the second year to Black Women United for Action to support the organization's Chantilly Mews college education and gang prevention initiative and its Mount Vernon Estate/Nikki Giovanni Slave Memorial Youth Writers educational project.)
