"Out of the amounts for Financial Assistance for Cultural and Artistic Affairs, $25,000 the second year from the general fund is provided to the Ben Lomond Manor House."

Explanation
(This amendment provides $25,000 from the general fund in the second year to the Ben Lomond Manor House. The Ben Lomond Manor House is a two-story house constructed in 1837. The site includes a smokehouse, dairy, slave's quarters, and the manor house. Funding will be used toward the continued restoration of the Ben Lomond Manor site. The work which this funding would specifically underwrite is the restoration of the slave's quarters on the southwest corner of the property.)
