Explanation(This amendment provides $55,000 from the general fund in the second year to the Henricus Foundation in order to provide the foundation with the ability to develop and expand its educational and interpretive programs. The Foundation was incorporated in 1986 for the purpose of recreating the second permanent English settlement in Virginia and interpreting the importance of Henricus to local, state, and national heritage.)
