"Out of the amounts for Financial Assistance for Cultural and Artistic Affairs, $50,000 the second year from the general fund is provided to Charlottesville Area Dental Access."

(This amendment provides $50,000 from the general fund in the second year to Charlottesville Area Dental Access for the establishment of a dental clinic serving about 10,000 low-income children each year. The types of services that will be provided by the clinic include preventive and restorative dental care. It is expected that about 91 percent of the client population currently relies on Medicaid or FAMIS health insurance benefits.)
