"B.1.  Included in this appropriation is $110,000 for the second year from the general fund to increase traffic enforcement on I-81.  Funds shall be used to enhance existing efforts by providing overtime payments for extended and additional work shifts so as not to negatively impact State Police patrol efforts on this and other public highways in the Commonwealth.  
2.  The Department shall utilize available traffic and crash data and work in cooperation with the Department of Transportation in determining appropriate enforcement strategies and locations.  A report reflecting I-81 enforcement results and crash data will be submitted to the Chairmen of the Senate Finance and House Appropriations Committees no later than December 1, 2006."
