Page 410, line 50, insert:
"Out of the amounts appropriated in Item 531 for the Virginia Performing Arts Foundation Facility, $1,703,200 in the second year shall be unallotted."

Explanation
(This amendment provides an additional $1,703,200 in the second year to the Department of Military Affairs for National Guard education and retentention purposes. Language unallots funds appropriated to the Virginia Performing Arts Foundation Facility for this purpose.)
