Page 317, after line 57, insert:
"2.  Any funds deposited into the Virginia Health Care Trust Fund pursuant to House Bill 2918, 2005 Session of the General Assembly, shall be used to increase Medicaid and Family Access to Medical Security Insurance Plan (FAMIS) reimbursement rates for (i) physicians providing primary, pediatric and emergency care; (ii) other physician services, for which access by Medicaid and FAMIS recipients has been severely restricted or limited; (iii) dentists; (iv) personal care providers; (v) adult day health care providers; (vi) providers of mental retardation home- and community-based waiver services; (vii) hospitals with trauma centers; and (viii) pharmacy dispensing fees.  The Secretary of Health and Human Resources, in consultation with the Director of the Department of Medical Assistance Services, shall allocate the additional revenues in the Virginia Health Care Trust Fund, pursuant to House Bill 2918, for these provider rate increases and incorporate these allocations in the developing agency budget amendments to the 2004-06 Appropriation Act and in developing the agency budget for the 2006-08 biennial budget."

(This amendment adds language requiring any additional funds deposited into the Virginia Health Care Fund, pursuant to House Bill 2918, to be allocated for Medicaid and FAMIS provider rate increases in developing amendments to the 2004-06 biennial budget and in developing the 2006-08 biennial budget.)
