"B.  By July 1, 2005, the Director, Department of Planning and Budget, is directed to unallot an amount equivalent to the balance of uncommitted general fund appropriations of the Treasury Board at the end of fiscal year 2004.  Such amounts shall revert to the general fund."

Explanation
(This amendment unallots the end of fiscal year 2004 carry forward balance of the Treasury Board in program 143. The Department of Planning and Budget had administratively authorized these funds to be retained by the Treasury Board. This language has no impact on the appropriations for fiscal years 2005 and 2006.)
