"C.  The following agencies shall transfer to this item an amount estimated at $2,825,000 from year-end balances that existed as of June 30, 2004:  the Auditor of Public Accounts ($2,000,000), the Division of Legislative Services ($290,000), the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission ($300,000), the Joint Commission on Health Care ($125,000), the Commission on Youth ($50,000), the Joint Commission on Technology and Science ($10,000), and the House Appropriations Committee ($50,000)."

(This amendment provides for the reversion of year-end balances from certain legislative agencies.)
