A. The Director, Department of Planning and Budget, shall approve a short-term, interest-free treasury loan in the amount of up to $1,000,000 for the Department of Veterans Services for design costs and to assist with cash flow during the columbaria construction. The loan shall be repaid by the Department of Veterans Services by June 30, 2024.
