New Construction:  Upgrade Terminal Facilities

The authorized purpose of project 407-17513, originally authorized in Chapter 879, 2009 Acts of Assembly, to construct the Craney Island marine terminal, is hereby renamed and modified to include expansion projects at additional owned or leased port facilities, allowing the use of authorized but unissued bond proceeds.
