In order to enhance the Brunswick Correctional Center property for economic development, the Department of Corrections, in conjunction with Brunswick County and the Town of Lawrenceville, shall select specific buildings at the site for demolition. The Department of Corrections shall utilize inmate labor, to the maximum extent feasible, in site clearing and demolition of the property. The Department of Corrections shall be responsible for all costs associated with the selected building demolition.
