The Department of Military Affairs, with the approval of the Governor, as otherwise authorized by law, is authorized to transfer approximately 1.432 acres to the town of Christiansburg in exchange for approximately 0.35 acres owned by the town. The only cost to the department shall be any normal closing costs. The Office of the Attorney General shall review and approve all documents associated with the transaction.
