Out of the amounts for Bill Drafting and Preparation shall be paid the annual salary of the Director, Division of Legislative Services, $115,046 from July 1, 2000, to November 24, 2000, $118,785 from November 25, 2000, to November 24, 2001, and $118,785 $122,942 from November 25, 2001, to June 30, 2002.
