 A.  Out of the amounts for Secondary Maintenance, $500,000 the first year shall be made available to repair roads in Isle of Wight County damaged as a result of Hurricane Floyd. 
 B.  As part of its efforts to improve the I-64 corridor between Richmond and the Jamestown-Williamsburg area for commerce and tourism, the Commissioners of the Virginia Department of Transportation and the Department of Motor Vehicles shall complete a study and conduct the preliminary engineering to relocate the truck weigh stations on I-64.  The Commissioners also shall consider other improvements for enhanced travel services along the corridor, including the location and design of new rest area/welcome centers, the use of mobile welcome centers, and the renovation of the gateway and tourism center and interchange at Exit 78 of I-95.  Such review of Exit 78 shall consider the Society of Landscape Architects' report entitled "Vision for the Boulevard" and the City of Richmond master plan.
