Authority: Discretionary Inclusion.
A. Transfers out of this appropriation may be made to fund unanticipated costs in the budgets of legislative agencies or other such costs approved by the Joint Rules Committee.
B. Out of this appropriation, an amount estimated at up to $500,000 from the general fund the first year, shall be available to pay for unbudgeted expenses related to the process of redistricting, to include transfer of funds, as approved by the Joint Rules Committee, to Executive department agencies for related costs.
C. Upon approval by the Joint Rules Committee, out of this appropriation, $200,000 the second year from the general fund shall be transfered to the Chesapeake Bay Commission for the Bi-State Blue Crab Advisory Committee.
D. The Clerk of the House of Delegates may expend from existing balances in this program amounts necessary to determine the feasibility of converting the men's lounge area, or any other available space adjacent to the House of Delegates chamber, to a women's restroom.
