Notwithstanding the provisions of § 4-5.01.b.5.b) of this act, Mary Washington College is hereby authorized to transfer the balance of its discontinued student loan funds to an endowment fund established by the college to be used for scholarships for full- and part-time students pursuing graduate degrees in the field of education.
