§ 3-3.02 PAYMENTS BY TRIGON BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD

There shall be paid into the general fund of the state treasury an amount not to exceed $79,500,000 on or before June 30, 1997, and an amount estimated at $15,500,000 on or before June 30, 1998. These amounts shall be paid by the foundation created in connection with the conversion of Trigon Blue Cross Blue Shield to a public stock corporation, and such payment shall be made in accordance with the charter and by-laws of the foundation.
