1. Out of this appropriation, $66,624,672 attributable to actual tax collections for the fiscal year 1994-95, as certified by the Auditor of Public Accounts, shall be paid by the State Comptroller on or before June 30, 1997, into the Revenue Stabilization Fund, pursuant to § 2.1-191.2, Code of Virginia.

2. The remainder of this appropriation, in the amount of $42,300,000 attributable to estimated tax collections for the fiscal year 1995-96 consistent with general fund revenue estimates in HB29/SB29 of the 1996 Session, shall be paid into the Revenue Stabilization Fund by the State Comptroller on or before June 30, 1997, based on the certification of the Auditor of Public Accounts of actual revenues for the fiscal year 1995-96.
