Included in the Federal Trust appropriation are amounts estimated at $97,721 the first year and $97,721 the second year, to pay for statewide indirect cost recoveries of this agency. Actual recoveries of statewide indirect costs up to the level of these estimates shall be exempt from payment into the general fund, as provided in § 4-1.03 of this act. Amounts recovered in excess of these estimates shall be deposited to the general fund.
