The scope of the capital project for the Virginia Military Institute, titled, "Renovate and Expand Engineering and Lab Facilities (18520)" authorized in Item C-68, Chapter 1289, 2020 Acts of Assembly, is hereby changed to remove the demolition of the existing Cocke Hall Annex Swimming Pool. The new facility shall be constructed as a connected annex to existing engineering facilities. There shall be no change to the size of the facility or intended use.
