This appropriation provides funding to conduct preplanning for the construction of a Student Success Center. Christopher Newport University is authorized to use up to $1,500,000 of nongeneral funds for which it shall be reimbursed when the project is funded to move into the construction phase.
1. This appropriation provides funding to conduct preplanning for the construction of a Student Success Center. Christopher Newport University is authorized to use up to $3,500,000 of nongeneral funds for which it shall be reimbursed when the project is funded to move into the construction phase.
2. Christopher Newport University is authorized to increase the project scope to 80,870 square feet of new construction.
