Old Dominion University is authorized to enter into a master lease agreement with the Old Dominion University Real Estate Foundation (ODUREF) for the operation and management of the University Village Apartments within the East Side Village Redevelopment Area (University Village) adjacent to the main campus of the University in Norfolk.  The implementation of this master lease agreement is in accordance with the University's Strategic Plan in support of a more residential campus.
