Acquisition: Feather and Fin Farm (17213)

The Department of Accounts shall provide a treasury loan of up to $6,000,000 to the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries for the acquisition of the Feather and Fin Farm, a 2,400-acre parcel of land adjacent to the Appomattox River.  Such loan shall be without interest and shall be repaid in equal annual installments over a period of four years, beginning July 1, 2006.  The source of loan repayments shall be the Game Protection Fund.
