Out of this appropriation, $100,000 in the first year and $50,000 in the second year from the general fund shall be used to provide training for internal auditors. Any funds unexpended for this purpose on June 30, 1999, shall not revert to the general fund but shall be reappropriated for the same use in the succeeding year.
