Effective on or after June 30, 2000, in addition to such payments as may be available to the surviving spouse and dependents of any State Police officer killed in the line of duty, the full cost of group health insurance, net of any credits and other payments, shall be payable from this Item, pursuant to § 2.1-133.7, Code of Virginia.
